TAKE INVENTORY
Connect the dots from here to there.

Start your R.I.S.E. journey with a deep dive inventory into key areas of your life. By getting curious and asking yourself the right questions, you can examine what may be stopping you from moving forward in your life. This process clears out the necessary space for visioning out and creating your next level. 

You must recognize where you are while also knowing where you’re going  so that you can connect the dots from here to there.

WEEK 2

THOUGHTS
Your thoughts create things.
Your life is created by design or default. 

Your mind is a powerful tool for creating what you want in your life. Training your brain starts with becoming aware of your default thinking, then learning to reframe your thoughts to align with and support your desired results.

By understanding how your mind works, you can change your circumstances and raise your frequency.

WEEK 3

PERSPECTIVE SHIFTING
You always have a choice.

The practice of perspective-shifting allows you to reframe emotions and experiences that are keeping you stuck from reentering the flow of life. 

By consciously shifting the lens through which you view your life experiences you expand your perception and gain access to possibilities and solutions that were unavailable a moment before. 

WEEK 4

PIVOT PRACTICE
Pivoting is about allowing yourself to change into the new version of yourself, pulling you forward into your next level. 

There comes a time to turn towards the future and decide that the past is just a series of moments leading you here to the edge of expansion, growth and change.

You will learn mind-mastery and breathwork techniques to gently release your old identity and transition into the new you with ease and grace.

THE UNKNOWN
Allow yourself to leave the familiar and enter the unknown.
Release the status quo and reach to grow.

 

The unknown is the passageway to what you want next. It is a necessary space of ‘void’ holding within it an abundance of possibility and potential.

Developing your own relationship with unknown is an important phase of growing  that will serve you over and over again.

Your imagination is a powerful tool for creating a pathway to success. You will learn the formula for creating a vision that aligns you with your goals and pulls you forward in the direction of your dreams.

R.I.S.E. is a 90 day group program combining weekly trainings, audio meditations, virtual group coaching, virtual breathwork experiences, and the 30 Days to Change group accountability program.

All group Zoom calls will be recorded. The day after the call, you will receive the call link to listen at your convenience. We encourage you not to miss a call since this is valuable time to connect with the group and get questions answered by Lisa.

Virtual breathwork experiences will not be recorded.
We will be doing the 30 Days to Change program™ as a group, with a group Zoom kickoff call to set you up for success.

R.I.S.E. ends with a virtual Next Level celebration party.

You will have access to the R.I.S.E. private Facebook group, with daily access to Lisa, for the entire 90 days. We encourage you to show up, share, and ask questions in the FB group as part of your growth process.

Biodynamic breathwork is a powerful style of breathing through the mouth only. The increased intake of oxygen allows you to move out of mind and into body, entering deep meditation. Through this expanded state of consciousness your body and brain begin rewiring on a cellular level, while mental and physical blocks begin to shift, allowing change to occur.

The 30 Days to Change program™ will begin to shift and reprogram your mind for success by choosing one small action towards the way you want to be, and doing it for thirty days within a supportive container of accountability. Together on a Zoom group call, we decide on the small doable action you will commit to for 30 days.

You will also receive one mind-mastery audio in your inbox each day for 30 days. Each audio focuses on teaching a principle of The Science Of Change™ process to inspire you to keep going when days get tough and to reprogram your mind for success.
