How it works:
Together, on a call, we will decide what you want to address for the 30 days. It can be 
anything from moving more/less, not eating something, eating more of something, less social media, more visibility, meditation, sleep more/less, journaling, morning routine, evening routine, etc. 

This is a highly customized decision that we make together so that it aligns with your bigger goals.
