A lot of people are talking about JOY these days since Marie Kondo now has a Netflix special called Tidying Up. She presents the question of what sparks joy in your life as a way to navigate what to keep and what to release.
I have been living her method for a few years now and it has truly changed my life!
I always say the answers are in the questions. Just by proposing this idea of joy to ourselves begins to shift our thinking.
Joy is a feeling. You know it when you’re feeling it. And, it’s a choice to commit to feeling it more. .

As I moved through this process (again), I was reminded that LESS TRULY IS MORE. Most of the time when I get frustrated with “I don’t have anything to wear”, it’s because I have TOO MANY things that just cloud my decision making. 🤯
