WHAT IS BIODYNAMIC BREATHWORK?
Biodynamic Breath is deep, guided breathing done through the mouth to allow the maximum amount of oxygen to enter the body. The reaction of the body’s chemistry with the increased intake of oxygen literally charges up the body allowing you to move out of mind and into body entering a deep meditation. Through this expanded state of consciousness, the body and the brain are rewired on a cellular level, so that any mental and physical blocks begin to shift, allowing change to occur.
