Negative thinking and unhealthy habits were taking a toll.
I found myself doing things that I knew weren’t good for me and having very little control over stopping myself from doing them.
I was buried underneath obsessive thinking, food addiction, debt, isolation and unhealthy relationships – I did not like how I was being and who I was becoming.
As I struggled to gain control of my life, I came face to face with a powerful force that was unconsciously creating my reality – my mind. Unexamined beliefs and old stories were running the show.
My default mental programming was keeping me in a thinking loop telling me I wasn’t good enough to be successful, find love, and be happy.
Through my journey to master my mind and reconnect with my body, I created The Science of Change™, a process that allowed me to come home to myself and reframe my thoughts to align them with my goals.

My mind is so much lighter and calmer – I feel at peace with myself and my thoughts. I have a meditation and breathwork practice that continue to support my next level growth. My relationship with food and my body are healthy and I continue to love and accept myself daily.
My coaching and graphic design business is thriving and my financial debt is long behind me. I work from my Greenwich Village studio which I’ve owned for 15 years. I run retreats globally in luxury spaces and have traveled to 43 countries.
Harnessing the power of my thoughts combined with the deep healing of Biodynamic Breathwork has changed my reality.

R.I.S.E. begins the week of March 1st with a private individual coaching call, and ends on May 30th with the Manifest and Mingle celebration party.
R.I.S.E. is a 90 day group program combining private and group coaching along with in-person experiences.
In March and April you will begin the month with a private one-on-one coaching call with Lisa. There will be a group Zoom call in week two, and an in-person Breakthrough Breath Experience in week three. In week four you will receive an integration worksheet of the month’s teachings.
In May you will do the 30 Days to Change program™ as a group, with a group Zoom call to help you prepare. R.I.S.E. ends with an in-person Manifest and Mingle celebration party in NYC.
You will have access to the R.I.S.E. private Facebook group, with daily access to Lisa, for the entire 90 days and encouraged to show up there as part of your growth process.
This program has been carefully designed to rewire and reprogram your mind to align powerfully with your personal and professional goals, so that you can experience being the creator of your life.
Using Lisa’s signature Science of Change™ process which is a unique mix of Mind Mastery techniques and Biodynamic Breathwork, the program will strengthen and integrate your body and mind to support you in reaching your next level.
The program includes two private coaching calls with Lisa, as well as 90 days of access to Lisa within the private R.I.S.E. Facebook group. You will also have a chance to ask Lisa questions during the group Zoom calls.

Since 2005, Lisa has been the Founder & Creative Director of a boutique, award-winning graphic design and business coaching studio called METAMORFIZE – headquartered in New York City, but operating globally. She has branded, designed, and coached many entrepreneurs and companies worldwide into business, from conception to execution.
By getting control of her mind, Lisa transformed deeply rooted patterns of obsessive thinking and learned to reframe her thoughts to align with her personal and professional goals. Her spiritual quest led her around the world experiencing many meditation modalities including being certified as a Biodynamic Breathwork Practitioner which landed her in Pune, India assisting this work. If you don’t live in the NYC area, we suggest planning on coming to NYC to attend the Breakthrough Breath Experiences, as they are an important part of achieving success in the program. The Manifest and Mingle party is a celebration event to receive your certificate of completion and celebrate with friends and family.
This program is mostly virtual except for two in-person Breakthrough Breath Experiences on Saturday March 21st, and Saturday April 18th, and the final Manifest and Mingle celebration party on Saturday May 30th.
All group Zoom calls will be recorded. The day after the call, you will receive the call link to listen at your convenience. It is encouraged not to miss a call since this is valuable time to connect with the group and get questions answered by Lisa.
It is a very powerful style of breathing through the mouth only. The increased intake of oxygen allows you to move out of mind and into body, entering deep meditation. Through this expanded state of consciousness, the body and the brain are rewired on a cellular level, so that any mental and physical blocks begin to shift, allowing change to occur.
The 30 Days to Change Program™ delivers a one mind mastery audio in your inbox that focuses on teaching a different perspective and principle of the Science Of Change™ process to inspire you to keep going on days that get tough, and reprogram your mind for success.
This program will jumpstart you into new ways of being and doing, one small step at a time. Lasting change begins by committing to small actions that are doable, and doing them daily with consistency. You will begin to shift and reprogram your mind for success by choosing one small action towards the way you want to be, and doing it for thirty days within a supportive container of accountability. As you begin making empowered choices instead of excuses, you will experience what you are actually capable of. Keeping your word to yourself creates integrity, which ultimately builds self-discipline and self-trust, which are the keys to self-mastery.
