Accountability is everything!

This is a group accountability program that will help you keep your word to yourself. It takes place in a private Facebook Group led by Lisa along with the support of other manifestors all looking to get motivated and stay motivated.

Everyone in the group will pick something to do daily for 30 days with a time commitment of only 5 minutes and Lisa will support you in deciding what that will be.

You will receive one short mind mastery audio in your inbox daily for 30 days that focuses on teaching a different perspective and principle of The Science Of Change™ process to inspire you to keep going on days that get tough.

This program will help you trust yourself again and train you to set yourself up for success and finally get out of the start and stop failure loop.

And most importantly, you will  learn about yourself – both who you are and who you are becoming.

  • meditation or breathwork
  • journal (written or audio)
  • freestyle movement
  • stretch or create a custom movement sequence
  • create and read ‘I am so grateful now that…cards’
  • walk a designated loop in your neighborhood
  • draw or play a musical instrument
  • mindfully post a photo in the FB group
  • sing or speak something out loud
  • put lotion on your body with intentional affirmations
  • look in the mirror and repeat positive statements
  • show up on video in the FB group
  • speak or write out gratitudes

Hi, I’m Lisa Meta…

For many years toxic habits held me back from living the life I envisioned. I was stuck and unable to break the looping thinking that kept me in a ‘habit hole’, spiraling down what felt like an out-of-control lifestyle. I was losing trust in myself and feeling betrayed by my own mind and actions. Something had to change.

My personal frustration with the cycle of trying and failing led me to a crossroads – either get control of myself or let my lifestyle run me into the ground! I started studying my relationship with decision making and discovered that my “go big or go home” mindset was at the core of holding me back. 

By learning how to create tiny doable daily actions combined with the awareness of my thoughts, I radically shifted the way I feel and how I move through life. 

This is what the 30 Days to Change Program is all about – rebuilding your trust in yourself through commitment, consistency, and discipline in just 5 minutes a day. 

Through this process, I experienced what I’m actually capable of. I now trust myself and feel confident in my ability to make aligned decisions in service of my big vision.
