Whatever our dominating thoughts are lead to the results we have in our lives. So, if you don’t like the results you need to look at first your thoughts, which will be producing the habits. Habits are something you are doing repeatably, sometimes unconsciously and these are the ones that are dangerous. Once you identify a habit you want to change, here are 3 steps to follow.

Step 1.  Write out what you would like this new habit to look like in your life, and make a list of the reasons why you want this change. Ask yourself, what difference will this have in my life if I make this change?

Step 2.  Make a plan that you can succeed at. It is so important you create doable action steps so you set yourself up for success not failure, even if that means moving slower  – this creates lasting results.

Step 3.  Get an accountability buddy. Find someone you can share the journey with, that gets excited for you and also knows how to pep you up when you feel discouraged. Remember that change doesn’ t always feel comfortable, if it was easy you probably would have already done it.

This process is about you creating a relationship with the uncomfortable and unknown which will then serve you in other places in your life. If you would like support in making changes in your life, sign up for my FREE VISION ACTIVATION call.
